Time of day to film
Time Of Day To Film
We decided to film the OTS around the time of midday and afternoon for the majority of the Opening Title Sequence. We decided this because it would give us decent lighting while outside and inside. We decided on this as especially indoors, if the places we film have little windows the lighting could look quite low key. For the beginning of the Opening Title Sequence we decided low key lighting when the main character gets out of bed to help show some time progression. To show the passage of time we have decided to film sections of the Opening Title Sequence
Most of the Opening Title Sequence remains filmed during the middle of the day.

Time of Day (Set 1)- Due to the linear style of storytelling we are going for for the majority of the Opening Title Sequence we have decided to film in set blocks of time to get the appropriate lighting at at different parts of the day. The beginning portion of the Opening Title Sequence will need to be filmed during the earlier morning hours with daybreak light reaching onto the windows, instead having a small blanket of light to show the time of day.
Time of Day (Set 2)- As we are going for a linear filming style with our Opening Title Sequence, we will be filming another block of scenes during the middle of the day. This will continue to inform the viewer of the passage of time within our Opening Title Sequence.
